Kinder Club
Deerfield Park District is pleased to provide KINDER CLUB, a multi-faceted Before- and After- Kindergarten enrichment program, during the 2010-2011 school year. Based on the philosophy that children learn through play and experience, Kinder Club is designed to spark children’s interest in a variety of activities while they grow in confi dence and self-esteem.
Kinder Club activities will change as the year progresses to help children develop new perspectives. A wide selection of activities, equipment and experiences promote many new skills and interests.
Daily activities will encourage development of language, gross motor, small motor, thinking, social and emotional skills. These skills are the foundation for future formal learning.
Children will work and play with others. They will solve problems, express feelings and generate ideas in a happy yet challenging environment where they can explore their expanding world.
